The wonderfully distressed tapestry depicts figures in scenic cartouches surrounded by gros point scrolling foliage, the seats are fringed with silk Pom-poms. The chairs have elegant carved down-swept arms and volutes terminals above s-scroll supports and scrolled legs linked by h-form stretchers. The carving has remnants of residual gesso.
