At Chris Holmes Antiques, we want you to be delighted with your unique acquisition; however, if a piece does not suit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund. Please note that due to the fragile nature of antiques, items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for reimbursement.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our gallery team via email within 14 days of receiving your item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your antique using the original professional crating and padding materials to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Insured Shipping
Arrange for a reputable courier to return the item; we strongly recommend purchasing full shipping insurance as we cannot refund items damaged during return transit.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our conservators verify the item's condition matches our records, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
